Important: All this data is stored exclusively on your device using local storage (AsyncStorage). We do not have access to this information.

The data stored locally on your device is used to:

• Calculate optimal supplement timing based on your workout schedule
• Display your daily supplement timeline
• Track your supplement intake history (last 30 days)
• Send local notifications for supplement reminders (if enabled)
• Provide a personalized experience within the app

3. Data Storage and Security

• All data is stored locally on your device using secure AsyncStorage
• No data is transmitted to external servers
• No account creation or authentication required
• No backend infrastructure collecting information
• History is automatically limited to the last 30 days

4. Data Sharing

We do not share, sell, rent, or trade your information with third parties for any purpose. Since all data remains on your device, there is no data transmission to external parties.

5. Third-Party Services

The app uses the following services:

• Expo Notifications: For scheduling local notifications on your device. No data is sent to external servers.
• React Native AsyncStorage: For local data storage on your device.

The app does not integrate analytics, advertising networks, or any third-party tracking services.

6. Permissions

The app may request the following permissions:

• Notifications: To send local reminders about supplement timing (optional, can be disabled in settings)

You can manage these permissions through your device settings at any time.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

• Data remains on your device until you delete the app or manually clear it via the settings
• Supplement intake history is automatically kept for the last 30 days only
• You can clear all data at any time using the "Clear all data" option in Settings
• Uninstalling the app will permanently delete all locally stored data

8. Children's Privacy

The app is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. Supplements should only be taken under appropriate medical supervision.

9. International Users

Since all data is stored locally on your device, there are no international data transfers. Your information never leaves your device.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected with an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
